Physiotherapy

As a fully qualified, Italian-trained physiotherapist, I identify the root of your physical pain and then focus on the most effective physiotherapy treatments to set things right.

During our sessions, I design easy, personalised exercises to promote healing, which you can continue practising in your own time to take an active role in your own recovery.

Had treatment before that hasn’t worked? My most satisfying professional moments have come from helping people who have suffered for years – and who believed they could never be healed – find pain relief, healing and recovery.

Based in Adelaide, I can help you resolve a wide range of problems, including:

  • Neck, shoulder, arm and back pain.
  • Breaks and fractures, including recovery after surgery and after cast removal.
  • Dislocations, sprains and contracted muscles.
  • Post-amputation and prosthesis care.
  • Sports injuries and recovery after falls and accidents.
  • Nerve lesions and compressions, such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
  • Reduced mobility and blocked movement.
  • Work-related injuries and syndromes, including postural problems and repetitive strain injury.
